Charleston comes to Chicago in this new Southern-style restaurant from Bedford exec chef Mark Steuer. Hearty classic and modern dishes like pork shoulder with grits, pickled peppers and smoked nectarines and skillet cornbread with foie gras butter will overwhelm your palate. But make sure to leave room for dessert: You won't find peach cobbler with pork fat streusel and sweet cream ice cream anywhere else in the city.
